The students and staff at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School participated in “Pink Out Day” to bring attention to a dreaded disease – breast cancer is one of the leading health crises for women in the United States. One in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Currently, there is no known cure for breast cancer, and its early diagnosis is critical to survival. Their message is to get mammograms regularly and remind friends and family.

4-H’ers enter Aggiefest Livestock Judging Contest

Nineteen Fayette County 4-H members competed in the AggieFest Livestock Judging Contest on Saturday, Oct. 25 at the Louis Pearce Pavilion on the campus of Texas A&M University in College Station.
