Julie Motomura, SISD Superintendent Hi, there! Here’s some important SISD info! Bond - Early voting ended on Friday, Nov. 3 and we had a RECORD number of votes for Schulenburg ISD. We were actually leading the entire county on Friday. We appreciate the support from so many of you! Thank you!
The Schulenburg High School National Honor Society hosted its annual fall food drive from Oct. 16 to Oct. 31. Schulenburg ISD is proud to announce that 791 pounds of food was collected that has been donated to the Schulenburg Area Food Pantry. Schulenburg ISD taking G/T program nominations

Schulenburg ISD is now planning for the Gifted/Talented program and accepting referrals for students in kindergarten and grades 6-11 who may need services for school.
During the S.T.E.M program last week at the Schulenburg Unit of the Boys & Girls Club, members learned about volcanos and were able to make one from scratch. After the kids squeezed a vinegar mixture into the top of the volcano, they were very excited to watch it erupt with lava! Masons provide toothbrush kits for SES first graders

Members of the local Masonic Lodge handed out toothbrush kits to the first grade students at Schulenburg Elementary School on Wednesday, Oct. 11. The youngsters were very excited to receive the kits, which were provided by the Grand Lodge of Texas and distributed by Lyons Masonic Lodge No. 195.
