Money laundering arrest follows traffic stop on I-10

A money laundering arrest was made following a traffic stop on Interstate 10 at Flatonia on Wednesday, Feb. 14, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek.

Stolen firearm recovered during traffic stop in Carmine

A stolen firearm was recovered after a traffic stop in Carmine by Deputy Seth Nagel on Wednesday, Feb. 14, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek. Sheriff Korenek reports that at approximately 12:15 p.m., Deputy Nagel stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction.
