FEC annual membership meeting set July 19

After three long years, the Fayette Electric Cooperative inperson annual meeting is back, and members are asked to mark their calendars for Wednesday, July 19. The meeting will be held at the KC Community Center located at 190 South Brown St. in La Grange. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

St. Mark's lab receives COLA accreditation

St. Mark’s Medical Center in La Grange has met all the criteria for Laboratory Accreditation by COLA Inc., and earned two-year accreditation to provide quality service to its patients. COLA Inc.

CPR/first aid workshop set Aug. 12 in La Grange

On Saturday, Aug. 12, the Fayette County Extension Office will host a CPR/first aid workshop which will be conducted by Kim Sodek, Public Health Nurse, TDSHS Region 6/5S. The workshop will be held at the Fayette Agricultural Building, 255 Svoboda Lane, Room 104, La Grange, from 9 a.m. to noon.
