The Fayette County Narcotics Unit made a drug arrest during a traffic on State Highway 159 northeast of La Grange on Thursday, April 23.At approximately 10:45 a.m., the Narcotics Unit stopped a 2013 black Dodge Dart in the 2500 block of SH 159.
