September sales tax allocations total $1.1 billion

Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced on Wednesday, Sept. 11 that he was sending cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose districts $1.1 billion in local sales tax allocations for September, 6.3 percent more than in September 2023.
