Program on native grasses slated at Weimar library

The Friends of the Weimar Public Library and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office of Colorado County will present “Native Grasses and Plants” at the Weimar Public Library from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, June 21.

Colorado Valley Communications is out to prove that small towns don't have to settle for less. The La Grange-based cooperative's ambitious five-year, $70 million plan aims to bring fiber internet access to rural communities in parts of Fayette, Lavaca, Colorado and Lee counties.
