State unemployment ticks up in November while rates for Fayette & most area counties drop slightly

The Texas Workforce Commission released labor market statistics for November last week and they showed that the statewide seasonally-adjusted unemployment rose one-tenth of a percent from September to 4.2 percent.No labor market data was released for October.
