Students from the Schulenburg FFA Chapter recently attended the 97th Texas FFA Convention held in Fort Worth. Six received the Lone Star Degree, the highest awarded to students at the state level.

Following the retirement of Rosanne Gallia at the end of June, Taylor Jensen became the new principal of St. Rose of Lima Catholic School.Jensen, who earned her bachelor’s degree in 2010 and master’s degree in 2018 from Texas A&M University, noted that she and Gallia transitioned together.
