A master plan for Schulenburg’s two parks will be developed by Burditt Land|Place consulting following action by the City Council at its July 21 meeting.City Administrator Tami Walker said such a document is needed in order to pursue a Texas Parks and Wildlife grant.

Semifinalist baseball team selected as marshals for Festival parade

SPD apprehends murder suspect with stop on I-10

Following a “be on the lookout” issued by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department dispatchers on Friday, July 11 at approximately 11:34 p.m., the Schulenburg Police Department was able to take a murder suspect into custody.
