FAWN ZIMMERMANN

Fawn Simmons Chapman Zimmermann

Fawn Simmons Chapman Zimmerman was born in Corpus Christi on Dec. 1, 1948 to Lily Jean Simmons Chapman and James Thomas Chapman. Fawn grew up in Karnes City with her parents and two older brothers, Jeff and David Chapman. Fawn had dear friends from youth to whom she remained close her entire life.

The family of Sandra Dayle Medley would like to announce that on Saturday, July 24 at 11 a.m., there will be a service held at High Hill Cemetery northwest of Schulenburg. After the service, there will be a Celebration of Life for all who would like to attend.

Judith Prinster Edwards, 79, formerly of Schulenburg, passed away at her home in Fulshear on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 2:15 a.m. The funeral was set for Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Rosary was recited on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 7 p.m. at St.

Leo F. Ernstes, 90, of Schulenburg, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021. Funeral services were held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at 11 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, followed by interment in the church cemetery.

Wilfred Kloesel

Wilfred Kloesel was born on Sept. 11, 1927 at his parents’ farm in Schulenburg. His father was Ferdinand Kloesel, also known as Ferdi B. His mother was Hermine Grohman Kloesel and he had one sister, Rosa Kloesel Heinrich, and two half-brothers, Herbert Kloesel and Arthur Kloesel.

Anita ‘Nita’ Seidenberger

Anita “Nita” Marie Kalmus Seidenberger, 87, of Round Rock (formerly of Taylor) passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021. She was born on Sept. 25, 1933, in Schulenburg to Julius and Annie Kalmus. She had one brother, Julius Charles (JC).

On Friday, June 18, 2021, Jerry Keith Hudec, husband, father, brother, and son passed away. Keith was born in Pearsall, Texas on Feb. 12, 1974 to Jerry F. and Teresa Hudec. While growing up in Weimar, he enjoyed making cherished memories with his three sisters Jeanene, Christine, and Cheryl.

William Roy ‘Willie’ Meyer

William Roy “Willie” Meyer, 72, of Schulenburg, passed away Saturday, June 12 after a short illness. He was born Dec. 16, 1948 in Schulenburg to Ferdinand and Ella (Blaschke) Meyer. He married Cynthia Malinek on June 10, 1972 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Moulton.
