Gauthier, Strickland to wed

Laurent and Laura Gauthier of Leander announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Erica Nicole Gauthier, to Brandon Cole Strickland, son of Steve and Debbie Strickland of Schulenburg.

The wedding will take place on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020 at 3 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church in High Hill.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Donald and Arline Morrow of Leander, and Laurent Gauthier and the late Barbara Gauthier of Beachwood, New Jersey. The groom-to-be is the grandson of Delores Wick and the late Erwin Wick of Schulenburg, and Agnes Strickland and the late Billy Strickland of Schulenburg.

Erica graduated from Toms River High School North in Toms River, New Jersey, in 2001, and Texas State University in San Marcos in 2016. She is currently employed as a studio success manager at Volusion, LLC in Austin.

Brandon graduated from Schulenburg High School in 2011, and Texas State University in San Marcos in 2015.

The couple will reside in Liberty Hill.
