Kreische Brewery and Monument Hill State Historic Sites near La Grange will host its fourth annual Archeology Day on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Retired Teachers meeting includes ice cream social

The Fayette County Retired Teachers Association met Monday, Sept. 9 at the New Life Methodist Church in La Grange, with 15 members in attendance. Members enjoyed an ice cream social, with many flavors of ice cream and toppings served.

John Landa gives program on birds at Garden Club meeting
