Lady Horn senior setter Landry Zapalac was one of 20 selected to the Texas Girls Coaches Association Legacy All-Star Volleyball Team for Class 1A through Class 4A. While not competing in an all-star match, the senior honorees are recognized for their career achievements.

In addition to notching their 20th win of the season this past Friday, Feb. 6, the Shorthorns completed a sweep of Bloomington in District 28-2A play to clinch the No. 1 seed in the Class 2A Division I playoff bracket.Schulenburg (20-9) improved to 8-1 in district and dropped the Bobcats to 6-4.
