Funeral services for Thomas "Tom" Schneider, age 77, of Weimar will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026 from St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Weimar.The family will receive friends beginning at 9 a.m. with the Parish Rosary to be recited at 10 a.m. from the church.

SAFP serves 121 families in June

The Schulenburg Area Food Pantry served 121 families in June with a total of 374 individuals. The Pantry had five new clients with 14 in those families. The amount of food given out was 7,140 pounds. Food donated was 2,492 pounds. Volunteer hours were 296.
