CCA Meals

CCA’s “Meals on Wheels,” located in the Civic Center, serves frozen congregate meals or frozen meals to the homebound. Meals should be ordered two weeks in advance and will be delivered to the homebound, or may be picked up at the center on Mondays.

Sr. citizens can ride free on CARTS

CARTS, in partnership with the Capital Area Council of Governments, Area Agency on Aging and ADRC of the Capital Area, has a new initiative that provides free rides for senior citizens.

For AN art & CRAFTS class led by Martha Beckmann, Senior Connections had a full house, including (counterclockwise, starting at the back left of the table) Deborah Jones, Cynthia Meyer, Martha Beckmann, Kim Penland, Irene Janda, Jeanette Strait, Faye Smith, Julie Hill and Cherry Wilson.
