The Stanzel Family Foundation is currently accepting grant applications from nonprofit organizations providing services within the geographic area defined by the Schulenburg and/or Weimar school districts.

Community Outreach, a local church group in Schulenburg, would like to invite everyone to come hear the word of God and fellowship with the congregation in praise and worship.Community Outreach will be at the Wolters Park pavilion located at 1103 Bohlmann Ave. on Saturday, July 20 from 11 a.m.

CCA Meals

CCA’s “Meals on Wheels,” located in the Civic Center, serves frozen congregate meals or frozen meals to the homebound. Meals should be ordered two weeks in advance and will be delivered to the homebound, or may be picked up at the center on Mondays.

Sr. citizens can ride free on CARTS

CARTS, in partnership with the Capital Area Council of Governments, Area Agency on Aging and ADRC of the Capital Area, has a new initiative that provides free rides for senior citizens.
