Zbranek, Osina receive VVA scholarships

Two students graduating from Sacred Heart High School in Hallettsville (who were also eighth grade graduates of St. Rose of Lima Catholic School) have received scholarships from both Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 870 and the Texas State Council of Vietnam Veterans.
