Donation made to Career Tracks

Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $16,000 to Career Tracks. Monies granted will be used to fund the Fayette County Care & Response Training Initiative which will train five Certified Nursing Assistants and five Emergency Medical Technicians.

Approximately 42.5 pounds of methamphetamine in numerous bundles were discovered during a traffic stop initiated by Fayette County Sheriff's Office Drug Interdiction Investigator David Smith on Highway 71 near La Grange.

Two arrests were made after methamphetamine was located during a traffic stop on Highway 71 near La Grange on Friday, March 20, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek.Sheriff Korenek reported that at approximately 11:52 a.m.
