Pursuit starts at Flatonia on I-10, ends in arrest of Katy man

A Katy man was arrested after the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received information about a reckless, possibly intoxicated driver on Interstate 10 at Flatonia on Monday Nov. 11, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek.

Leads sought on damage to Flatonia Golf Course

Fayette County Deputy Herman Olvera responded to the Flatonia Golf Course in reference to vandalism on Sunday, Nov. 17 at approximately 9 a.m., according to Sheriff Keith Korenek.Unknown subject(s) caused damage to three separate putting greens and a flag pole.
