A Kansas man was arrested on marijuana charges following a traffic stop on Interstate 10 near Flatonia on Wednesday, Nov. 29, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek. Sheriff Korenek reported that around 12:29 p.m.

Theft suspect from Weimar arrested at local liquor store

A Weimar man suspected in a recent theft was taken into custody by authorities at Schulenburg Liquor Store on Tuesday, Nov. 28. According to the Schulenburg Police Department report, SPD officers and deputies with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department responded at approximately 4:56 p.m.
