Pursuit starting on I-10 near Schulenburg ends in arrest

A pursuit on Interstate 10 on Saturday, Aug. 2 that started just west of Schulenburg led to the arrest of a San Antonio woman on multiple charges, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek.Sheriff Korenek reports that around 2:31 a.m.

School pay hikes OK’d

After spending about a half-hour discussing a compensation plan, raises for all employees were approved by the Schulenburg ISD Board of Trustees at last week’s meeting.
