County 4-H’ers advance to State 4-H Horse Show

Four Fayette County 4-H’ers – Haley Schramek, Elizabeth Shank, Teagan Kallus and Alivia Eindorf – competed in the 2023 District 11 4-H Horse Show in Edna on May 31 and June 1. They belong to the Fayette County 4-H Horse Club, and Schramek and Shank are also members of the Schulenburg 4-H Club.

ACCSS sets Summer Bridge Program

The ACCSS Summer Bridge Program will be offered Tuesday through Thursday, July 18-20 from 8 a.m. to noon at Blinn College-Schulenburg campus. All incoming freshmen through graduating seniors are welcome. Students should check in at the Liberal Arts Building, Room 120.

Early childhood screening for children ages 3-4 who have significant learning and communication delays and who live in the Schulenburg and Flatonia school districts will be held on Thursday, Aug. 3 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 3 p.m. at the Schulenburg School District.
