After Schulenburg ISD officials received suggestions to honor David Husmann, the Board of Trustees voted unanimously at a special meeting Monday, Jan. 4 to go forward with recognizing him. Husmann, SISD’s winningest football coach, passed away on Dec. 18 at 67.
