Legion, Auxiliary had monthly meetings

American Legion McBride Post 143 and Auxiliary held their monthly meetings on Tuesday, April 7. Commander Bob Heinrich called the meeting to order with 40 Legion and 11 Auxiliary members present.

West Navidad WMA sets spring meeting April 25

The West Navidad Wildlife Management Association will hold its spring meeting on Saturday, April 25 at the Rockin W sale barn on Highway 77 north of Schulenburg.A social with bingo will be held from 5 to 6 p.m., followed by a barbecue picnic from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
